Grantmaking OS
Grantmaking usually starts with a funding area and ends with a decision, and the distance between the two is where most of the work actually happens. Grantmaking OS is the working system Eshkere uses to cross it: map the domain, find where it is actually bottlenecked, evaluate what could be done about that, coordinate the people and resources a plan needs, execute, and feed what happened back into the map.
It is published as a Notion template, so the structure can be copied and adapted rather than described.
