Vadym started Eshkere around a single ordering: health — physical, mental and social — is the non-optional foundation of a life, and everything layered on top of it is a game worth choosing deliberately and playing wholeheartedly.
Eshkere is deliberately early. Rather than announce an organization that doesn’t exist yet, the work right now is figuring out what form the idea deserves — a company, a fund, a studio, a community, or something without a clean name — and building the thesis in public while that question stays open.
Vadym also maintains Eshkere Strategy, a separate personal strategy for building power and directing it toward AI safety. The two projects share a name and a person, not a mission.
